Meet Eness Kamanga, our Artist of the week. If you happen to pass through in Nkwashi and feel a delicious aroma of food from nearby place, be assured that Eness is the one behind it.
Eness is a Chef in this third instalment of the Chena Air Residency Program. Her passion for cooking, delicious meals emanate from her primary school days where she took Home Economics. This was further strengthened by Food and Nutrition she did in high school. This made her to pursue a certificate in Food and Beverage at Hon tour International Institute in 2012. In 2013 she became a Chef at Green Ethiopian Lodge. Due to her good work, in 2015 she got an opportunity to work in the same position at Intercontinental Hotel in Lusaka.
